Recruitment Privacy Notice

We collect the information you voluntarily submit in the teacher application, including your contact details, qualifications, teaching experience, availability, CV and any introductory video link, to assess and contact potential teaching partners.

Access is limited to authorized recruitment personnel and the service providers that securely host our applicant information. We do not publish candidate CVs or share applicant information with students. Applicants should not upload financial account details or identity documents unless separately requested through a verified secure process.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your application by contacting our recruitment team. Applicant records are retained for recruitment review and applicable legal obligations. A specific retention and deletion schedule must be finalized by the operator before the public recruitment launch.
